Registration
Registration is an easy step-by-step process guided through our site. All users must be registered and go through our verification process to ensure auctions run smoothly.
Typically, accounts are verified within 48 hours. If any issues arise with the documents provided, you will be contacted by a Delfi Auctions representative.
Online Bidding
Subscribe to our Newsletter to receive all information for upcoming auctions. You will also be automatically notified for any auctions you register or like on our website. You can change your notification settings through your account page.
When you register to bid you are required to transfer a bidder deposit for each property auction. Pre-registration typically starts 1 week before the auction day. A pre-registration deposit is required; this is fully refundable if you are not the successful bidder.
If you are not the successful bidder, your deposit will be returned to your credit card within 5 working days
